The DM-232TO485 industrial line converter is available for 35mm rail mounting. The converter supports both automated and controlled switching of transfer direction with maximum transmission rate of 115 kBd. The line is galvanically isolated at the RS485 side and equipped with circuits for soft excess-voltage protection. The line status is indicated by LEDs. The industrial converter is powered by a 24V DC source.

When creating more extensive communication systems, it is often necessary to include an RS485 repeater into the communication route. Doing this enables extending the total length of the communication route (up to several kilometres), creating more complex structures of communication routes (T-connections), galvanically isolating individual communication segments or increasing the total number of units in the network.
The industrial repeater is designed to be mounted on a 35mm rail with 24V DC voltage. The line circuits are equipped with soft excess-voltage protections. The repeater works in automatic mode with transmission rates from 2400 Bd up to 115kBd.

M-Bus / Ethernet converter with PoE

DM-MB2ETThe DM-MB2ET/A converter is designed especially to read remotely the data from measuring devices comminicating via an  M-Bus (typically measuring heat, cold, water meters, electricity meters, etc.). The converter allows up to 3 devices with M-Bus communication to be connected to the Ethernet bus. The M-Bus line receives power from the converter's internal power source. The converter is powered from the Ethernet (PoE) network or by 24V DC.

DM-MB2ET/A can communicate with a superior system using TCP in two modes:

DM-DI4MB2ETDM-DI4MB2ET expands the function of the DM-MB2ET converter to enable it to measure directly the impulse outputs from water, gas and electricity meters and from similar measuring and billing devises. Counter inputs evaluate impulses up to 100Hz with a minimal pulse width of 3ms. Impulses can be counted even when there is a power outage for a period of at least 200 days due its battery.

AWEB is a freely-parameterizable web server for control systems as part of DB-Net/IP. The actual functions and design of the server`s web pages are defined using the parameterization program AWDet. The server supports the following communication options:AWEB

The AWEB web server can be connected to any AMiT network of control systems (RS232 / RS485 / Ethernet). The server can be used for already-installed applications. The data is exchanged at a variables level, so it does not require any intervention in the existing application programs. The unit can be charged either at 24V DC or over an Ethernet connection (PoE).

DM(M)-MPBUS

The MP-Bus converter with ARION or MODBUS RTU protocol
DM(M)-MPBUS is a converter of the RS485 (ARION and MODBUS RTU) to the MP-Bus interface by the Belimo company. The converter serves as a master in the MP-Bus network. That enables control of up to 8 servomotors with such interface. In addition, it also allows direct connection of sensors and switches, which digitise analogue signals, sensors and their values are sent via MP-Bus network.

The RS485 network can simultaneously operate up to 63 of these converters. The DM-MPBUS converter is supported on a parametrization level in a DetStudio design environment.

DM(M)-OT

The OpenTherm/+ converter with ARION or MODBUS RTU protocol
DM(M)-OT is a converter of the RS485 interface (ARION and MODBUS RTU) to the OpenTherm/+ (OT/+) interface. The converter works as a control unit with an OpenTherm interface in the role of master and makes it possible to control several types of boilers. The converter communicates with the boiler continuously, independently of the communication with the control system.

Up to 63 of these converters can work at the same time in the ARION network. The DMM-OT allows reading or writing any available DATA-ID, to peripherals the OpenTherm/+ network.
