Programmable Controllers AMREG

 

New generation of freely programmable controllers for building automation. All AMREG series controllers are freely programmable and gives the user a relatively wide ability to create their own graphics and control algorithms in DetStudio. Every single controller is designed for specific regulation task (control of fan coil units, control of heating sources, on-wall room control units, etc.) but the specific use and integration into a complex solution is only in the hand of applicator. There is no restriction. There are for free available type applications for standard solutions and commonly used algorithms that could be used as they are or take as an inspiration.

All AMREG series controllers support MODBUS RTU communication protocol. Controllers with Ethernet have also MODBUS TCP/IP and proprietary DB-Net/IP communication protocol. Thanks to this, the controllers could be easily integrated with control system not only from AMiT production.

AMR-CU70B - control unit AMREGAMR-CU70B is a freely programmable controller which comes in the very same design as AMiT´s AMR-OP70 room controllers series. Furthermore it features two RTD inputs (resistive temperature measurements or dry contacts), two digital outputs and one analogue 0 to 10 V output. With the ability to program your own control algorithm and design of the display, the controller is more than suitable for simple control tasks with autonomous temperature measurement and local control.

Having the RS485 interface controller supports MODBUS RTU, DB-Net or Arion protocol and can be easily connected to a host system or a computer for further processing of measured data. RAM and RTC are backed with replaceable battery. The controller is designed for surface mount either horizontal or vertical.

AMR-OP10 - control unit AMREGIt is the more powerful controller from AMREG series. This control unit has an integrated graphical display with a touch screen. With superior control system or others AMREG controllers could communicate by the one Ethernet line or two RS485 lines. RAM and RTC memory are backed-up by a replaceable battery. AMR-OP10 can be mounted to the panel in landscape or portrait position.

Local control can be easily done with one of AMiT´s room controllers: AMR-OP60, AMR-OP7x or AMR-OP3x series, using one of controller's serial interfaces (RS485).         AMREGThe freely-programable AMR-RTV20 controller can be commonly used for regulating heat sources, charging hot water tanks and controlling heating elements, in a similar way as with the AMR-RTV10. However, it has another two universal analogue inputs and 1 relay. The user can control the output manually (Aut/On/Off) for 4 of the relays with retrospective reading of the meter.
As far as design is concerned, the regulator comes in a 'fusebox-style' plastic box, with the switches on the front panel. The power source is 24 V DC.

We can use the freely-programmable AMR-CP2x communication unit as a communication hub or as a programmable regulator with remote inputs/outputs. The basic communication interfaces of the unit are 2× Ethernet (switch function), 1× RS232 and 1× RS485 with galvanic isolation. In addition, units enhanced with the wireless Poseidon 868 MHz interface and with the GSM modem for transmitting/receiving SMS text messages can also be produced as an option. AMR-CP2x includes an internal freely-parameterized webserver. The webserver used a Micro SD card to store long-term archives and web pages. The unit is charged at 230 V AC and can be mounted on the ceiling for a better signal range in the Poseidon wireless system.
